  2.  Mail the signed form to the editor at the address below. (In order to access the agreement, which is in PDF format, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer. If you do not have this software, click here to obtain it at no charge.)
  3. Every author of a manuscript must complete, sign, and send to us a Publishing Agreement. Not complying with this requirement may delay publication of your manuscript.
