Sew: a summer dress

I just had the urge to sew a summer dress, a simple one, which could be worn at the beach with flip flops or at dinner with high heels sandals or wedges. I bought this tribal fabric, and some plain dark brown one.

With the brown fabric I created a top, just looping it around my chest and sewing the edge

With the tribal fabric I cut 2 big triangles and sewed the edges. Then I put those two parts together

The I cut the skirt the length I wanted, and for one time I didn’t want something too long, and voila’! A Summer dress
