I know it is probably cheesy, but I had to have it on my blog!
The apt we rented is huge: 2 beds, 2 baths, a studio, dining, living and a kitchen. Me Daniele and our friend “Gino the Cockroach” live happily together…(AAAAARRRRGGHHHHH).
We are a little South of the Old Quarter (Pho Co, the Center of the City), something like a 25 minute walk from “home”.
But so far we like it, it looks very authentic to us.
Here are some pics of our first day in HaNoi.
Traffic is crazy, but I’m actually not that impressed. You definitely need to pay attention to EVERYTHING, but I guess 20 years in Rome helped to be aware of the crazyness.

Oh yes, eating Marie cookies for breakfast in Ha Noi is priceless (a little less priceless is the ultra-sweet instant cappuccino)!
